Footmaster Products leave our warehouse in presentation condition, packaged and wrapped as suitable for delivery.
Like all product Companies, we employ third parties to deliver the Footmaster Products to your premises.
Of course, it is a reasonable expectation for some settling to occur during transport, depending on variables like distance, weather, and circumstances beyond our control. We do our very best to ensure that your parcel will reach it's destination on time and as it left our warehouse. It is to be expected that deliveries will take longer during peak seasons and may not always reach the destination on the preferred delivery date.
Footmaster does not offer a 100% guarantee for delivery when using third parties.
All we guarantee is your product leaves our warehouse packaged as we deem fit for transport, and in good faith that it will arrive as packed.
At Footmaster, consistency is a priority, however, on the occasion that a stock item is not available, the item will be replaced with one of a similar style to equal or more value. Gift packaging and wrapping may vary due to suitability to each individual product as we make all Footmaster Products to order. We do endeavour to present all Footmaster Products as close as possible as displayed on our website. If your product requires shipping the product will be packaged in either a recycled box or a box that displays the product logo depending on the size & price of the product.
Footmaster Products do not negotiate or amend these terms on a case by case basis.
By placing an order you agree to these terms, which have worked effectively for years without variation.

Footmaster Products deliver on requested delivery dates 99% of every order taken, however, sometimes like in everyday life things happen that are beyond our control. We rely on our couriers to provide prompt delivery however in some circumstances delays may occur. Footmaster cannot guarantee 100% same day service & requested delivery service for this reason.
Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived at the scheduled delivery time, please contact us & we will make every effort to track your gift. Once a gift leaves our office it is in the hands of a 3rd party, and sometimes delays in delivery can occur. Footmaster advises although we use reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. Failure to deliver on a preferred delivery date is not a valid reason for refund of the delivery cost, total cost or for cancellation of an order.
About International Deliveries
Delivering Footmaster Overseas is a fantastic idea!
We offer a suitable and sometimes affordable overseas delivery service (depending on the country) but you must allow enough time for your product to arrive as sometimes it can take up to 3-4 weeks. Most packages we have found will be in excess of $100. We recommend you purchase the product of your choice for delivery to a destination in S. America where you can then investigate costs of sending the product to your desired overseas destination.
If the price of sending the product to the overseas destination turns out too costly you can always forward the product onto another much loved recipient or use the products for yourself. We are currently seeking affiliates in overseas areas and will keep you up to date with this on our website.
